Antique Oakley Machine Co. cast iron crank table base, crafted in Elizabethton, Tennessee in the early 1900s. I currently have two in stock. These are genuine, American-made originals fully restored and ready for use. While similar styles are often replicated by retailers like Arhaus and Restoration Hardware, these pieces represent the authentic craftsmanship that inspired those designs.

Each base measures 84” in length and features a hand-crank mechanism that adjusts height smoothly from 24” to 32”. Built to handle substantial weight, these bases easily support large-format tops, with effortless operation even under load. The example shown includes a 130” x 48” glass surface weighing approximately 540 lbs.

Ideal for statement dining tables, boardrooms, creative workspaces, or specialty installations, these bases offer both function and visual impact. The hand wheel bracket can be removed and flush-mounted to maximize seating, or repositioned to highlight the intricate gearing on the reverse side.
